Brandon Browning Realtor | REAL Brokerage

If youre looking for a home in Livingston parish, do yourself a favor and go with the best- Brandon Browning. As a first time home buyer I had plenty of questions. Brandon was resourceful, professional, timely and knows the parish well. He led me with confidence and expertise. He made the process a great one. I highly recommend Brandon.

Brandon stayed up on the local market and made sure our listing was competitive. He sold our house while we were out of state. He arranged for an electrician when we needed as well as a SEPTIC inspector. He made regular visits to check on the house. He couldn't have been any better! I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase or sell in the area!

Brandon did an excellent job communicating with us and explaining the market. He never tired showing us properties until we found the right one. He was very helpful and had excellent advice in every situation. We will use his skills to sell our home.

Moving from a different state, we had no connections to a realtor. We lucked out HARD with Brandon. Knowledgable of the area, responsive, patient, everything you could want in a realtor and guide. You won't regret picking him.

Brandon walked us through every process and senerio, from pricing to marketing. He is a wealth of knowledge and sends weekly reports and good/bad on showings and offers. 5 plus stars
